Weekly Confession Schedule
Every Sunday: Fr. Helfrich hears confessions before and after the Sunday 11:15am Mass. Please use the south (parking lot) entrance. Father will hear confessions in the north (Colebrook) foyer of the Church.
Please leave the confession line 5 minutes before Mass begins so Fr. Helfrich can prepare.
Every 1st Sunday of the Month: Fr. Bonsignore hears confessions during the same time frame on all First Sundays in his confessional booth.
SACRAMENT INFORMATION
BAPTISM
Baptism is a sacred rite performed with water, symbolizing purification and rebirth. Through Baptism, we are cleansed from original sin and become members of the Church, united with Christ. It is a transformative act, marking the beginning of a lifelong journey of faith, accompanied by God's grace and the support of the Christian community.
Parents are encourages to give their children the names (or variations of names) of Catholic saints as has been done in our tradition for generations.
Contact Fr. Bonsignore as soon as possible before the desired baptismal date.
You may pick up the record of your child's baptism from the St. Kateri Parish Office.
PENANCE (RECONCILIATION)
Children who are part of our Faith Formation program prepare for the Sacrament of Penance in their second grade year. We offer First Confession in both the Ordinary and the Extraordinary Forms.

FIRST HOLY COMMUNION
Children who are part of our Faith Formation program prepare for their First Holy Communion in their second grade year. We offer First Holy Communion in both the Ordinary and the Extraordinary Forms.

CONFIRMATION
We currently offer the Sacrament of Confirmation in the Ordinary Form. Our 8th grade Faith Formation students prepare for this sacrament for two years before undergoing the ceremony of Confirmation at Sacred Heart Cathedral.
MARRIAGE
Couples who wish to marry are required by the Diocese to do Pre-Cana marriage preparation at least 6 months prior to their desired marriage date.
Cohabitating couples must be aware of their moral obligations in this matter.
Marriage ceremonies at St. Thomas the Apostle Church are reserved for practicing & registered Community members only.

ANOINTING OF THE SICK
For those who are ill or nearing the end of their earthly journey, please contact Fr. Bonsignore for the administration of this Sacrament as soon as possible when the sick person is in need. In the case of those near death, please do not wait until the last hours.
FUNERALS
We offer both Ordinary and Extraordinary (Requiem) Form Masses. Please contact Fr. Bonsignore for information and arrangement.
